Who we are

The Red Lion sits just over the Welsh border in the historic market town of Knighton; the town itself actually straddles the border between Powys and Shropshire. With excellent access to both cycling and walking paths (two National Trails meet here) it is the perfect place from which to explore the beautiful Welsh Marches. We aim to offer a relaxed B&B in a traditional inn setting. A comfy lounge and well appointed rooms are at your disposal. Our honesty bar boasts some local ales, alongside a selection of spirits should you wish to relax with a beer or take a nightcap to your room.
